About Me:
i hate people who walk widely -- take up too much of the sidewalk when i'm behind them trying to keep rhythm. i actually think about this daily. i love nights so long and full, it's hard to keep the details straight the next morning. i hate people who speak in soliloquy. i love my job when the deadline is so tight i'm pissing my pants and then we make air, high fives all around, and for that brief moment we're all so much in love. i live off adrenaline and hate the denouement when i crash. i love people. love em. love em. except when they speak in soliloquy. i tend to love life too. am a big ole smiley face. except when i'm on the denouement. then i hate it. i'm good at extremes. i'm bad at humility. often i'm too cautious. it's why i don't like going downhill. (between the ages of 6 and 12, my most prominent phobia was the playground slide. if you get to know me well, one day i might tell you my most prominent phobia between ages 13 and 17.) but the thing i fear most, the thing that gives me sweaty nightmares and always has is betrayal. and yet i'm trusting to a fault. i hate filling out this friendster box, and i still haven't figured out quite how.

she ain't your venus--makes aphrodite
look like a pathetic pasty whitey--or
your mere fire--a nuclear bombshell,
this one--but she'll surely evoke your
every desire. fast 'n' furious, sexy 'n'
sassy, deliciously decadent, my favorite
smokin' babe of 'em all. i cannot, could
not, think of anyone else as i sit in
this dark wood boston cafe, edith piaf
piping out of the speakers, gourmet
choco-coffee lacing every exhale.
shirley makes my brain bubble, my
stomach flutter, my... mmmm, sticky.
remember her with long red hippie hair
and overalls. so cute. anyway, that was
almost ten years ago and she's just as
fabulous today.
smart, intense, a great actress, sparkly, warm,
and gorgeous. Is it any wonder she had an entire
audience lusting after her when she was in a
show I did? Is it any wonder I miss her smile,
best served with a hot meal on a cold day in
NYC? I'll need to get a fix soon enough.
top tap dancing! I ain't lyin'folks-i
was there alongside her in purple
lingere (Shirley looked better than me,
though)!
world of Ani DiFranco and nose rings.
She is a cooly fabulous lady, always
working on something that blows my
mind. She is currently trying to one-
up me in the long-distance relationship
category, going on 3 yrs and managing
to see her honey almost every weekend.
How does she do it?
and I that she had a pool in her
backyard so we stayed friends with her
through that summer. And we're still
friends, even though she doesn't have a
pool anymore.
thought about her dearly when
Audrey Hephurn died and I think I
was with her when her love for M.C.
Solaar began...I am still proud to be
her friend.
