This testimonial has been a long time coming and a well deserved one indeed. Shota Francis Ishii, an engima, a castatrophy or just simply a rare jewel in the brazen land of life? As soon as one pins him as the seemingly unavailable intellectual, brooding painter and poet, he will storm into any room or crevice with his dapper limoncello style, provide a wide ranging discourse on math, statistics and reem one's cavaties with theorems to understand life, the universe and everything. But he will not tell you that the answer is 42, but rather lead you on parisien bar chases with inordinate amounts of kirs, followed by climbing a tree just so. A force of life and an extreme sensitive, for there are so few of us that exist, and one being that certainly counts in my books, worthy of my respect and affections - even when he dances.
