Ain't there any kinda standards on this
thing??? Nah, just kidding. Nate is
the man, man... and I taught him
everything I know about database
programming... you owe me big time! :D
Nate's a cool guy to hang out with, one
of the few guys I remember at Hopkins
due to my constant inebriation, and
he's shorter than me, which makes me
feel better about myself. A good all-
around guy and hilarious to boot.
took in my head when we were at Yogi
Bear National Park in VA. I peeked my
head out of the cabin at dusk and saw
Nate alone, comfortably so, crouching
to tend the campfire. I thought to
myself, "Ah... yes, so that is Nate."
What I'm saying is he's a wonderful,
down-to-earth guy w/ a heart of gold
and a laugh reminiscent of a chipmunk.
I consider myself lucky to call
him, "friend."
And finally here it is . . he's the
big brother I never had. First met due
to a twist of fate, i was a frosh and
he was a senior and we both had
chinese class together. one friday
afternoon after class we were leavin
together and he asked me where i was
from. when i said indonesia, he was
being his sarcastic self and was
like. . ooh i know someone from
indonesia, u wouldn't happen to know
so and so. . . and i was
like, "whaaaaaaaat, he's my bf!!" to
cut a long story short, it turns out
they had known each other from their
time in loveboat a few yrs earlier.
And from that day on, nate became my
big bro. =) When i was sick, he
brought me soup and OJ!! how
thoughtful is that! he makes those
close to him feel reaaal special, and
i am one of those lucky ones =). Miss
you much, but i'll be back states-side
soon enuff!!
we used to drink/smoke/party like
fucking animals at Hopkins. Then he
used to goto class the next day and I
just played fucking N64. This longtime
bro is a pillar of a friend---someone
who you know is just there for your
ass. He's the most down-to-earth guy
that I know, and simply a well-rounded,
lovable shithead. So heres to you. Oh
you spelled your occupation wrong
dumbass..
cuz he's half asian. An honest, down-to-
earth friend...all heart. Big things
come in small packages. Nate has always
been there for me, even when he's 3
hours away. He's always willing to
place others before himself, and the
word "no" never comes out of his mouth.
