Amidst the atrocities surrounding what is the metal scene in Albay, out of the flames come RoE- the heavy/power metal band of Albay and sired by AMBO. Existing to serve the fantasies of the locale and the horrors hidden beyond the dreams of revolution, RoE has yet to expose the power of metal.
