right now and you certainly aren't
doing work......shame on you Marieke,
abusing the Gallatin computer
lab......shame shame shame
Today I saw Marieke on the street
Smiling just looking at her feet.
She said "Hello"
and I replied "Hey"
It has since been a really swell day.
Simmons hearts dancing to the oldies!
What to say about Marieke-Renee beside
the usual quips regarding her identity
crisis? If Gallatin had a special ed
program, she would be there. Yet, by
some strange twist of fate, she has
been elected our leader. I fear for
the future. Yet, despite my
uneasiness, one of Marieke-Renee's
toothy grins can put me at peace and
convince me that everything is going
to turn out all right. Damn, those are
some great grins... (And if you've
already managed to expunge the image
of Richard Simmons dancing to the
oldies, kudos to you.)
tradgeriffic as the sad tradgedy of
Fartface Cheesebreath.
it has passed through stained glass and
thus turned into a wide array of colors,
shapes, and patterns you still have
never seen such incomparable wonder as
the wonder created when Marieke fills a
space with her presence.
As we are all caught, shaped, and
transformed by finely meshed webs of
power, Marieke is an antidote for this
involuntary modern madness and a cure
for an era of interpersonal
dysfuntionality.
She is a panacea for all forces that
negate and can only fill spaces with her
verve and positivity.
Like the light that dances through
stained glass, she is always moving,
always changing, and always filling
peoples hearts and minds with a
childlike wonder and a curious awe.
Ni Dieu Ni Maitre
No Gods No Maters
she means it.
the moon. our meetings are few, and
over too soon. we speak little
whispers, afraid to be heard. when
people are near we speak not a word."
Frank Sinatra sang that about Marieke.
they are fucking crazy. Listen to me.
Here's a poem about Renee (RENEE!):
"Renee is her name/
her name is Renee/
If she tries to tell you any different/
She's lying/"

needed positive energy that i usually
can't get to. clearly the girl's in
high demand. but she is by far one of
my bestest friends - and although she
tends not to pick up/hear her phone,
she remains a trustworthy friend. i
like talking politics/world affairs
with her. she is one of two or three
people i know who can smile incessantly
without being even remotely annoying.
she is patient beyond my
comprehension. she is intelligent
without needing to prove it. you know
i'd kill you otherwise. thankfully she
likes cows and other things that go
bump in the night. i'm sure she will
appreciate this nonsense. so here's
for my favorite delawarian - who needs
the UN anyway???
