About Me:
After a decade of thinking about moving back to Colorado, I finally ponied up a couple of years ago after a particularly bad day at the office and said "F this, I'm out". I traveled and took it easy for a while, and I am now settled in Denver and am enjoying life. I'm a pretty calm and even person, but every now and then I like to shake things up. I try to do whatever is necessary to make my life right; this shit's too unpredictable not to.
It also doesn't hurt that my life has a nice way of working out. The universe takes pretty good care of me.
I believe in the following:
-Extensive travel
-Being outside
-Air conditioning
-http://postsecret.blogspot.com/ (what's your secret?)
-That sometimes a cover is better than the original
-Kids
-That somewhere inside me lives an old, old man
-Flossing
-The ocean, the beach, all of it
-Driving...and passanging
-Anything powered by the wind
-Math
-Laughing at stupid shit
-Blue
-Vinnie Walkers on the porch (1/3 rum, 1/3 raw simple syrup, 1/3 soda & 1 squeezed lime...it's not a mojito.)
-My brother
-Dictionaries
-That modular can be dead sexy (www.fabprefab.com)
-Cooking for friends
-The New Cruelty
-Calling a spade a spade
-Mid-Century Modern
-Wine
-Treehouses
-Crazy-deep snow
-Paperbacks and the bookstores they fill
-Looking Up
-That the soundtrack to my life would be killer
-Small towns
-Family
-Scrabble, Quarto, Backgammon, Euchre & Guess Who
-Green
-Friends so close that sometimes more is said in silence
-Love
-Beer
-Sailing
-That there's no such thing as a free ride
-Being outside
-Dogs
-That music can make or break a movie
-Looking out the window
-Water
-That my hearing just doesn't work in bars (nor does my voice carry)
-Sleep
-Lists
-
Who I Want to Meet:
Chick Corea, a California Raisin (the sax player), a recovering vegan, a talking dog and the Pilgrims.
Oh, and God: I'd love some closure on that one.

say "holier-than-thou." I say, "Matt."
Actually, I love Matt. He's an
absolute blast, really smart, a lot of
phone to go on Road trips to Memphis or
Chicago with, and an excellent "tatter."
But there are some things even a
good "TAAATTTT" can't wash away.
Like announcing to my entire fraternity
that I had severe indigestion when he
vistited New York when I wasn't there
to defend myself (or my stomach).
That aside, I miss Matty Boom Batty a

Now if you'll excuse me, I have to
throw up.
