Also, all things Internet, modern design, vintage Mercedes, L.A. real estate, emerging trends and alternative subcultures, Southeast Asia, books (though I only dream of having the time to read them these days), mid-century and modern architecture, art both high and low, anything having to do with Hollywood (the neighborhood, not the industry), swimming, playing piano (read: learning), and sewing. Also the work of Doctors without Borders and anything that improves the plight of L.A.'s homeless.
