About Me:
[Currently based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia - but officially from Atlanta, USA]
I'm real, honest, no-bullshit, confident, driven, yet try to never take life too seriously. I'm a foodie. I'm a music aficionado and ravenous collector. I give incredible massages. I'm a big-city boy - having grown up in Atlanta - spent the past 5 years in San Francisco and I hope to live in NYC for at least a year at some point in my life. I thrive on the outdoors. I love time sitting in the sun, hiking, camping, mountain biking, running, and snowboarding. I'm selective with who I want to spend time and energy with but lucky I've met so many amazing friends in so many places. I enjoy talking about passionate issues, even among people with whom I vociferously disagree. I always try to give people a chance but also avoid people who are generally negative, pessimistic, or closed minded. I want to be a bartender before I die. I want to sail the oceans blue. I'm a fantastic kisser. I'm a horrible speller but have learned to use spell check quite well.
-
Who I Want to Meet:
Independent thinkers. People with twisted senses of humor. People who respect for others, even if you disagree with them on important issues. Creative souls. International, intellectual, artsy, nutty, music loving, engaged, passionate, outdoorsy types. People with original ideas, enormous smiles, big hearts, inquisitive minds, unhealthy relationships with music, and intelligent sexiness. Maniacal globe trotters. Mutual massagers. Oh - and the Dalai Lama and Angelina Jolie. That would be sweet.

(sigh)... Do I ever miss this cat!
Leaving the Bay meant leaving a lot
really dope people and H is right up
there at top of the heap. He inspires
me to expand my horizons, to keep up
the good work, and to be a soldier in
the army of...
OK, I can't continue on with this syrupy
drivel. It's making me ill. Despite it's
truth I must warn you. The man is
badass. Don't mess with him. I once
saw him take on 10 ninja soldiers in a
crazy sword fight in a back alley of
Japantown with only his wit and charm.
He claims to be a "student" of the grad
variety (something about business?) but
really he's in some crazy Jedi-like do-jo
studying how to bend flatware & shit!
He's crazy! Once he was trapped in a
glass box outside the Bay Bridge for 40
days w/o solid food or internet access
or baby wipes! On purpose! I saw
people throwing Big Macs at the guy
and taunting, "Hey you cheaky bastard!
You in-the-box freak! How do you like
that?&
testimonial about Howard, yet. He is so
awesome. He will be one of the best
friends you will ever have. He is honest
and very loving. If you EVER get the
chance, you should definitely kiss him. I
am talking soul kiss, french kiss,
whatever you want to call it. Do it! You
will thank me, of course after you thank
Howard for the kiss.
I was very sad he moved across the
country and was excited when he
contemplated grad school over here on
the east coast. Come home soon,
Howard! We miss you tremendously.
picked him for his DVD player, and only later
realized how cool he is. Howard makes great
potatoes on Sunday mornings, even on a few
hours of sleep. He'll grab a beer or
Smokehouse milkshake at any time of night.
And he can clean a kitchen like nobody's
business. Damn fool if you get in the way!
Howard's got your back. Damn generous. But
only if he thinks it's the right thing to do.
Otherwise, he'll tell you no to your face. And
you can't change his mindstubborn redneck!
He is sharp as a tack, mightily ambitious, and
will most definitely change the world
someday. He knows enough people to fill a
large stadium. He's a butterfly, but not a flaky
onehe's genuine and earnest, and looks you
in the eye. While he enjoys the beer, I think
his real sustenance is conversation.
infinite generousity and kindness - he feeds
me chocolate when i'm crying, he puts me in
bed when i'm plastered (next time please
give me an aspirin and water too), gives me
piggy back rides, he dances to headhunter
with me, gives me gelato therapy, listens
with utmost sincerity and honesty, shares his
view of the world with openness to others'
views, and encourages others' goofiness
and creativity. He understands the profound
sadness that is embedded in the act of
eating noodles with chopsticks. I don't know
how I'll survive without this roommate.
cheers and mountains of thanks to you!
me about being a freak *AND*
intelligent! No wonder you haven't
returned my calls....
