something, Amanda and I were great
friends and I was totally awesome. Since
mid-1990-something when Amanda and I
never really saw much of each other
anymore, I stopped being so totally
awesome and gradually became just
mildly refreshing.
When I think back and wonder if going
our separate ways, thus degrading my
status from T.A. (that stands for Totally
Awesome) to M.R. (Mildly Refreshing),
was the best thing for me, I always have
to remember that Amanda loves to give
me hugs. Hugs are icky. I think I can live
with only being mildly refreshing.
