      • PS. Caia be all about the low-pro Friendster update. I see on my main page that she's updated her profile and I check it out but I can't tell because this girl will literally sign on with the intention of adding precisely ONE movie/band/interest to her profile. So I'm like "Satie? Was that always there? Cinema Paradiso? Have I seen that?" Caia LaCour: one of the few truly eccentric people I know.

      • A bum in a subway told Caia and me that he could tell from our conversation that we needed to relax and everything would be okay. I think I was momentarily inclined to agree with him but then i realized he had no teeth, was not really coherent and smelled like piss. Caia politely listened to his sermon and as we walked away she pointed out that if that's what his version of "relaxing" got him, we're probably better off our way. All this to say I like Caia's perspective on life. And if that bum ever reads this he should know we do plenty of "relaxing"...from countless kooky nights to chopped up tv marathons, to funny roadtrips and the like, Caia is great company and a great friend. p.s. all of your testimonials came back! I think Matt was holding them hostage.

      • Caia had all of her testimonials mysteriously erased recently. Either that or in one of her drunken-ivy-league rages she deleted them. I like that she includes music that I exposed her to in her favorites now. It used to be exclusively pretty boy alt-country singers from Austin. Oh yeah and the Grateful Dead spelled wrong. Ah! I'm just fuckin with her. No matter what anyone thinks, I'm still her No. 1 Friendstalker.

      • OK - so I get to be Caia's roommate this year, and I have to say I'm damn lucky. Even the incident of the uninvited a@#$ who helped himself to our computers during our first month together has only served to bond us closer....(I swear one day we'll find him and beat the crap out of him). Ahem. But I digress. Caia is amazingly sweet, kind, sincere, beautiful, and generous, and what's crazy is that she's so genuine and modest that she has no idea how amazing she is. Would anybody else do yoga with me at 6:30 am?? NO! Go grocery shopping and make soup on a Saturday night? NO! Bring me tea when I don't feel good? NO! I love her! I love her so much, that if someday Jon Stewart knocked on our door and told us that he was single and madly in love with both of us, but that he couldn't decide, I'd step aside. I would. But only for Caia.

      • Hello triplet!!! We'll have to converge next year ... say October 31st ... and actually walk the Triplet walk, not just talk the talk. Which one are you again? Oh right, the short one. If Mary is the tall one does that mean I get to stuff a pillow in my shirt?! sweet.

      • On the plus side: probably the coolest girl I've ever met. On the minus side: uses waaaay too much ketchup.

      • How could I ever forget that night in
Graz, Austria. Coming home after a
night out and finding her a bit drunk in
one of the lounges complaining that no
        one was entertaining her. After
explaining to her that we had rehearsal
in a couple of hours and a promised
drink the next night, she gave in and
went to bed. This girl is amazing!!!
Without fail, I can count on Caia to go
out with me any night (nights before
recitals a mere exception). Not only
that, Caia is one of the only people who
could keep up and then make me drink
more. It's been a crazy, fun year in
quintet. You guys are what make me
happy and excited to stay at Yale
another year. Summer has only begun
and I miss Caia immensely already.
Hopefully, I'll see you soon in
        Miami. ...no, you're the best!
