About Me:
I don't really know. Besides, I don't know myself that
well, and tossing names of things I like has never been my
forte. But there are a few things I value over anything
else: sweetness, long term romance, catharsis in music,
trying to revive my rusty idealism, deadened by two years
of managing responsibilities and hating it, and trying to
escape the tethers of society by opposing its degrading
values, minimizing useless expenses and material gain. I
hope one day that I wont have to work for a boss. I hope
one day I will be my own boss, or work with people based on
consensus instead of threatening warnings.

talking about the first days when we met
simone. a recap to this wonderful moment:
i had just moved to illie and sarah and i were
living out in east falls, which is a little outside
the city, but not close enough. an
inconvenience if you want to go out at night
because all the trains stop running at
midnight. and the busses are scary. ok, so, we
loved going to shows and there was one
coming up at the 40/40 that we were dying to
go see. (of course, now when i try to recall
who was playing at the show... I HAVE NO
IDEA!!!) but i do know this: that show was the
one where sarah and i first met the absolutely
fabulous SIMONE and some other guy named
doug. what happened to doug??? he got lost
somewhere along the way crying to sunny day.
it's a shame. the same fate happens to many
especially when they see sunny day live...
anyway. back to the memory: so, sarah and i
were standing towards the back of the crowd.
(when you're short like we are you come to an
accepting relevation that this is one of the few
spots at a show where you have a better view
of the stage then when you are in front-n-
center position. as we are watching the show,
we notice this extremely tall golden lock boy
dancing away by the left speaker box. he was
lost in his own little world enjoyin' the music
and dancing. we decided we had to meet this
boy later b/c he seemed like he would be a
way cool doood and so much fun. later that
night, we asked him the time and his name.
and, it is that moment that marks the start of
our lovely friendship with this boy.
Je ne peux pas attendre de vous voir mon bel
ami.
romantic i've ever known... it works for him.
it doesn't hurt that he's tall, italian, and
handsome! watch out ladies; you'll melt!
know b/c of his big blue eyes and blonde
locks turned black. But once you hear the
boy talk, it's over.
