freshman roomie's brother at ucb. who
could've told me that within a couple of years from
then she'd be one of THE most in-demand bay
area dj's ever!
i remember cruising in to the old trance&jungle
factory, when it was across the street and upstairs
in that nice little courtyard area, to sift through the
record stacks on the floor. there you'd be getting
your mix on with thomas trouble.
then there were those parties thrown by wicked at
people's park way back when -- you always
seemed to be there jammin' w/ ameet and the
crew.
since then (and before, i'm sure) this dancer,
gone dj, gone promoter has never
stopped bringing it. but, most importantly, has
remained a very sweet, sincere, and always
friendly person. and if i was still up in the bay area
you'd still be seeing me around the skills shop
looking for my techno fix and she'd still take the
time to say hi and chat. you gotta love this girl.
