I've known Karen ever since we played
basketball on the same team way back
in the day. I know you're
thinking...Karen?! Play
basketball?!...yes, it's true, just
ask her to show you and she'll school
you and leave you crying on the court,
just like she did to me. Heheh...but
besides that, Karen's awesome! She's
so fun to chat with and we'll always
have that special bond because
of ...uh...someone...you know who I'm
talking about, Karen!
karen COOL!! my sbtb buddy! ahh, she
TRIES to know as much about sbtb as i
do, but can never do so (no one can, my
dear =D) always down for cool convos to
reminisce about 80s and old school tv
shows, and always down for some
PHOTOHUNT!! but yea, she's a really
chill girl that's always gonna provide
a good time! ya'll know wut i'm talkin
bout... dun wanna haveta repeat wut's
already known =D
Karen..hmm..i dont' know her that
well..but all I know is she talks so
fast!! Takes me sometimes to catch up
with what she say. Hehehehe.. taught
me HW last Spring quarter..a little
bit shy...a nice young lady...I wish
we could hang out some more, already,
Girl, keep in touch and take care =)
I think Karen was one of the first
people I met in high school...her and
many of the the St. B crew. She
definitely made Spanish bearable for me
as other classes where I probably
overly stressed. I think Karen was one
of the few who eventually helped me get
over my addiction to erasable pens
(although I still think they were one
of the best creations ever!). I still
haven't gotten to hang out with her
enough since graduation because of our
schedules, but until we get to again,
AIM (and i guess friendster now) will
just have to do!
Karen, my favorite Cabbage Patch
Sista! Well let's see... I've known
Karen since she was quiet, which means
a LONG time. Yeah she suddenly broke
out of her shell in 9th grade and
never stopped smiling, and meeting new
people. She is the best little sister
a girl could ask for. I can't think
of anyone else that I'd rather share
the memory of IKEA overnight with.
Yes of course we slept overnight
trying to win a free chair. We got
rained on, we slept on those darn
bumps for the blind, but oh was it
fun. Karen we must meet up sometime
in Davis or in SF or anywhere. One
thing I can remember about this crazy
broad is that she made me stay up all
night long and when I was falling
asleep, she smacked me with her tuffed
animal's eyeball. Man did that leave
a mark! Karen, let's go back to Ikea
and relive that fun time! Love you
sister!
oh Karebear...the two of us go way back
to second grade...she's one of the most
graceful, caring, thoughtful,
intelligent and respected persons i've
ever had the honor of calling my
friend. yeah, i got your back karen!
top ten moments of my life with Karen
in it: 10.) the two of us burning
alfredo in a box at the dorms 9.) our
limbo contests with erica in the
basement of her house 8.) rubina 7.)
being co-captains in volleyball in 8th
grade 6.) twin day in 6th grade 5.)
Karen's throwing me a "surprise" dinner
for my 18th birthday 4.) sliding down
the bainster at Fountain Circle 3.)
buying our pet pig and elephant,
peanuts and sparky 2.) cantalope eating
contest with erica 1.) having her as my
friends for all these yrs- i heart you
mucho karen!
ahhhh Karen K-Dawg Au....man this girl
is definitively kool! haha :) we've
shared so many fun times! (chats at big
kids' park, board game nights, guy drama
venting, watching movies--hey when we
gonna watch the Ring???) karen has been
such a blessing to me. Without her
Davis would not have been the same!
dang girl why didn't we talk in reg????
i'm definitely looking forward to
seeing how our friendship
grows...karen's a top priority gal to
keep in touch with!
kare kare kare! dude, it's been a
long time, hasn't it? we've known
each other since the beginning when i
started going to davis. ahh, freshman
year was great! kare was one of my
bible study leaders. from bible study
leader to friends...now she's my
discipler--great stuff! it's been a
blessing to be able to spend more and
more time with her each year and get
to know her. hahaha, the more i get
to know her...the weirder things i
find out about her. like how she
thinks that if she was ambidexterous
(okay, my spelling could be wrong) she
could on bowl 2 lanes at once. okay,
who the heck thinks of something
random like that?!?! yep, only kare.
and if you start talking to
her...you'll notice that this girl
can't stop smiling. even if she
wanted to stop, she can't. she's a
great girl...fun-loving, caring, great
listener and the list just goes on.
lucky to have met her at davis! :)
Saint Brigid baby! Wow...Karen how long has
it been? hmmm. It's been about 17 years
since I've met you and hmmm.13 years of
schooling with ya. It's been a long time
since I've laid eyes on you, but I still
remember your cuteness, sweeteness, and
diligence. Thinking back to SB, I remember
your mom too! I hope to hold you in my arms
again soon...xoxo.
