bulanOPIUM OPIUM was formed during 2007 around February where Arief (Drum), Tony (Guitar) Yorghi (Bass), and the Fajar (Vocal) .In fact the band of OPIUM was the band of the project from Arief “FINGER OF DEATH”, Tony “DOWN SYNDROM”, Yorghi “INCORUPT”, and the “FINGER OF DEATH” Dawn. But together with our time always met in a studio to be precise in margahayu the studio NEUROTIC,and then we not deliberate chatted about music,and when we engrosseded in discussing was group the band that would the DOWN SYNDROM. And exercise by chance the DOWN SYNDROME guitar our friend of the junior high school,And we went when we for the fun of it made the band of the project with the DEATH METAL. Short genre the Yorghi story withdrew because was many problem,and our time hose met the friend had a name Chandra,Chandra saw exercise OPIUM without the bass player,so he wanted to try filled bass in OPIUM. Chandra really the spirit and very enthusiastic filled up the player's emptiness bass in OPIUM,he fast understood with the concept of the song OPIUM,short our time agreed to use Chandra as the player bass OPIUM. And then now personal OPIUM has been complete that contained Fajar (Vocal), Tony (Guitar), Chandra (Bass), and Arif (the Drum) ,we also local of the band inspiration like JASAD,BLEEDING CORPSE,DISINFECTED,etc. And now OPIUM becomes the band continue to we because of the band previously we have dispersed in caused personal that was other busy with his interest.
