      • Aside from prayer, this is the only thing we can do right now because of hectic schedules, we were unable to keep up with the leadership. So as long as we have time, we are giving you encouragement messages. These messages were a big help to us and we want to share it with you our fellow servant-leaders. God bless! - k'ya philip n 'te chette

        Reading Between the Lines
        Proverbs 28:2 (The Message)
Successful leaders see every situation in terms of available resources: money, raw materials, technology, and people. They can sense people's hopes, fears, and concerns. And they can step back from the moment and see not only where they and their people have gone, but also where they are heading. It's as if they can smell change in the wind. The principles of leadership are constant, but the application changes with every leader and every situation. That's why it requires intuition. Without it, you can get blindsided, and that's one of the worst things that can happen to a leader.

We are subscribed to John Maxwell's leadership email
and it helps us to be more matured as servant leaders of God. I hope it helps you guys as well, our fellow servant-leaders.

        Motive Matters from John Maxwell
Mean-tempered leaders are like mad dogs; the good-natured are like fresh morning dew. Proverbs 19:12 (The Message)

I once saw this message on a T-shirt that expresses the attitude well: "My idea of a team is a whole lot of people doing what I tell them to do." A team isn't supposed to be a bunch of people being used as a tool by one individual for their own selfish gain. Members of a team must have mutually beneficial shared goals. They must be motivated to work together, not manipulated by someone for individual glory. Anyone who is accustomed to pulling together people and using them to benefit only himself isn't a team builder; he's a dictator.
