at times, unexpectedly... we experience sublime moments where everything makes sense... brief moments, 30 seconds, 20 seconds long when we instantly, calmly understand that the future is a gift and it's limited only by our own passion. these moments are few and far between, and they come uncalled... as you walk down some NY avenue on your way home from work on a clear summer day; as you enter a room filled with friends and loved ones; as you hear your favorite song live at some concert surrounding by strangers, as you smile at a friend and know that they, too, get the jist... we spend our lives searching for these rare moments... and it means the world to us when we find them. if we live each day like it's a gift, we will learn from our mistakes, take pride in our successes and never have regrets. (please note: these moments do not, under any circumstances, include the drunken "i love you dude/babe!" blabber -- but... that's more of a personal mental note than anything else)

don't take yourself too seriously. life is meant to be enjoyed, cherished and experienced... don't wait until you're 45 with 2.5 kids, living in the suburbs, with a slighty grey white picket fence, golden retriever, fully loaded dodge caravan and a position on the PTA to realize you want to try something new.
