TEAM RP IS A YOUTH-LED, REFORM-ORIENTED INITIATIVE THAT ADVOCATES AND PROACTIVELY WORKS FOR TRUTH, ACCOUNTABILITY AND REFORMS in Philippine government. We are a non-partisan, non-religious, non-profit and non-stock group composed of Filipinos all over the world pushing for fundamental and lasting reforms in our country.

WE FOCUS ON VITAL ISSUES RATHER THAN PERSONALITIES. Our push for reforms continues regardless of who is in power, as we believe that anyone in position is accidental to the fight for Truth, Accountability and Reforms.

WE ENGAGE THE COMMUNITY, GOVERNMENT AND MEDIA TO FOCUS ON DISCUSSING ISSUES (policy, bureaucratic reforms, etc.) AND NOT (just) PERSONALITIES (credibility, associations, political statements, etc.). We encourage and challenge the community to remain vigilant against corruption in government and social injustices by being honest, responsible and proactive. We demand greater accountability from the government and call on incumbent officials to do the necessary actions to curb corruption and malpractice in the bureaucracy. We engage media to focus on real issues than just dwelling on names, faces and the here and the now of unfolding crises.
