About Me:
We are the #RockPile Undernet Rock channel. Formed in
August of 2001 to unite the underground Iloilo City rock
community into one IRC channel, and also as a generalized
alternative to several different genre-oriented local
channels in the IRC. Over the years the channel has grown
to
include other places and key cities as well. #RockPile
currently is under national expansion. This is the channel
where
music
lovers of all genres converge and discuss issues, music and
meet people. The channel strives to break down barriers
between genres and rock sub cultures. Once a rocker, always
a rocker!

Everybody musically inclined. We assume that you will join and support #RockPile because you want to be part of the community. This is not just any other Friendster group for the sake of filling up lists or a group for show, but a REAL online rock community.
