Testimonials and Comments for Mike
i admire you night-owlness
your sincerity and humble willingness to listen to me talk about myself and my family instead of talking about yourself
your ability to drive great distances and lengths of time
your knowlege of comics and music and politics
you are a straight-up soul brother if there ever was one
If you asked for the shirt off his back,
he'd give it to you. Then he'd recommend
that you take his pants. (Always say
no.)
If Mike was a superhero, his name would
be "Captain Minty". His super-power
ability would be to shoot a pleasant,
minty smell out of his fingertips that
paralyzed you. His leotard would be
mint green, and his cape would be
denim.

his ol' #1 homie.
he's a stone cold hate-a.
straight up.
D's living in the same house right here in
Michigan! I honestly can't remember when or
how I met Mike maybe because our friendship
just sort of naturally happened. Those are the
best ones. Mike D is the coolest kid to ever
leave Detroit and I sincerely miss him.
has been my brother in crime for almost 10
years.
A genuine crutch, he'll be the first to hold
your hand and offer his ear whenever you
hit the hard times. Loyal, sociable, and hip,
Mike is full of laughter with a prankster-
heart, and ready to take on/try just about
anything...from getting an illegal refund for
Preperation H to attending a drag-queen
keg-party to crashing the i-emmy's without a
proper jacket.
Though I've heard him described as both a
"grown-up cherub" and a "cambell's soup
kid" (I think the beard has changed that
image a lot), I think a comparison to POOH
BEAR is most appropriate (OK. POOH
BEAR mixed with CHARLIE BROWN and
the main character from High Fidelity). He
has a heart of gold, is a wonderful roommate
and one of my absolute best friends.
a long time, and he never once tried
to shoot me with poisoned arrows or
bludgeon me to death, which says a
LOT, let me tell you. Once, my nose
got cold, and he grabbed it in his
hand to warm it up, which was intensly
weird but very comforting at the same
time. I miss him so much my heart
hurts. SPOON!

them.
knows who Shinjiro Ohtani is and also talk
about whether or not 24 Hour Revenge
Therapy was one of the most perfect albums
ever written. We met in Windsor when he
gave me props for my Moog shirt. And thats
when I knew that I'd met a person who'll be
my friend for a long long time.
