      • One time I opened my eyes to see Cassidy lying on the floor in a sleeping bag. He had been telling me ghost stories even though I had been asleep. SCARY stories. So scary that I was still scared the next day and so I decided to call him to talk about it. You can only imagine the horror I felt when his mother answered and told me the truth. "Dear," she said, "Cassidy has been DEAD for THREE YEARS now and yesterday was the anniversary of his death!"

      • Cassidy manages to embody the lovely duality of being a sensitive type of guy- you know, the kind who would gladly give you a shoulder to cry on about, oh I don't know, say, your wayward boyfriend. He'd buy you a Coke, pat you on the back, and assure you that any guy would be nuts to treat a lady like you wrong. Then, he'd drop some change on the floor and look up your skirt. Nice.

      • Cass keeps talking about getting a van. Not an ordinary van but some kind of special van with a suggestive paint scheme, mirrors, 4 tv's and a toaster. He wants to use it to impress girls at the pizza joint and finally show up that dude with the big biceps. I have a feeling this will all backfire (hilariously) but he'll probably learn a valuable lesson about what it means to transition from teenager to adult in the late seventies.

        isn't that interesting? Anyway, the
        janitor is here and if I don't get out
        of here, he's liable to throw me in the
