COABTE-Student Council is the highest governing and sole policy-making student body in the College of Office Administration and Business Teacher Education which will serve and respond to the needs of students in fostering academic excellence and learning...It must promote transparency, discipline and collaboration within the college itself.

COABTE-Student Council is not only a political body which engages itself in continuous political bickering, administrative grandstanding, destructive activism, void shouting, and self-profiteering but rather an institution that will tries its very best to cater all the needs and aspirations of the students who dearly administer in the council’s ambit.
