Short Plot:

Newly wedded lovers Xiang Qin and Zhi Shu. Zhi Shu dreams of being a doctor is a success while Xiang Qin is undergraduate. But it is not that bad that Xiang Qin was undergraduate because she later on went to take nurse courses. Which is a good thing because she will be able to work with Zhi Shu in the future. How romantic can it be? Their honeymoon after the wedding were fabulous. A great way to start but many problems were being popped up on the way. Mistaken pregnancy was a disappointment. Zhi Shu is getting out of control and always having a cold hearted personality towards Xiang Qin. Zhi Shu finally met his challenge, Qi Tai wanting to take over Zhi Shu's position to be with Xiang Qin.

Synopsis

This drama is the sequel of “It Started With A Kiss”.

Who ever said that life after marriage is perfect? Even after marriage, Xiang Qin and Zhi Shu experience problems and interferences within their marriage such as mistaken pregnancy and misunderstandings. But Xiang Qin is not the only one having problems with her marriage. Her friend, Chun Mei becomes pregnant by her boyfriend, Ah Bu, and has to deliver her child with. Ah Bu and Chun Mei also get into a fight about Ah Bu's mother.

After quarrelling with Zhi Shu about her score on her final exam and leaving the house for a while, she finally makes her decision to try to become a nurse in order to help Zhi Shu in his work.

Throughout the entire after-marriage, Zhi Shu meets new a rival who wishes to outdo him and Xiang Qin makes four new friends, and one of them likes her and wishes to replace Zhi Shu because of his coldness towards Xiang Qin.

Several events will lead Xiang Qin's breakdown of tears, such as Zhi Shu's coldness. But will all these events lead to the break down of their sturdy bond or further strengthen it? And how will their lives turn out to be?

Also, there's another obstacle for Xiang Qin. Will she get her nurse license to be with Zhi Shu's side? Will she survive the nurse course?

Only the couple can find the answer inside of themselves
