I am currently trying to write a cookbook with a couple of fellow engineers. Well, more like compiling our favorite unique recipies; made by engineers...for engineers. But also it would be humourous and intellectual reading for all. And different difficulty recipies.

Once in a while I do have dinner parties and make some cool food. I once did an Iron Chef dinner party when Iron Chef America premiered and I had a friend bring in a random ingredient from the 3 choices he mentioned he would bring. So it took me more than an hour, but it was still fun and I was the only cook. I make good gumbo, ribs, ettouffee, peking duck, and cheesecake.

So says the Professional Iron Chef sous-chef in training.

I have a 12 foot banana plant growing in my backyard. The banana plant leaves are really good for smoking/slow cooking ribs.

I still get excited when I get to play in the snow.

Someone who loves Chinese food and knows how to correctly use chopsticks. Someone who can stand to watch any/all of the following: NBA games, An Affair to Remember, an Austin Powers movie, a Cantonese movie, or a sci-fi flick.
