About Me:
Well, I've been to China and California, and anywhere I could run... Travel is one of my undying passions. Egypt, Japan, Italy, Hawai'i & France... I've loved them all and would go back to any of them in a snap. One of the most magical moments in my life was seeing the dawn unfold on the island of Capri in 1998 - beautiful does not even begin to describe it!
People always describe me as being too nice (whatever that means!). I am into aesthetics, insomuch that I always try to see the beauty and goodness in all people and things. For me, the most beautiful thing is a good heart. However, this has led me to experiencing a few great disappointments, because this outlook tends to keep me naive. But then again, disappointments are just another part of life, right?
Another of my consuming passions is the study of Ancient Egypt. I don't even know if the knowledge that I accrue will ever do me any good, but I love it nonetheless. Visiting Egypt in '04 was definitely one of the best experiences of my life!
Life is an adventure, and it has been quite fun!

ass testimonials, i will have to write it
again. so ne wayz, alan is one of
smartest guys i know. he's one of the
few people that i can have a decent
conversation with and talk anything to
everything. he's also one of the few
people out there that will slap me in the
face with the truth and not sugar coat
anything. he is truly my brother, although
not by blood but definitely by emotional
connection. we've been through so
much together. he held me at my lowest,
and saw me at my greatest. he feels
nothing but brotherly love for me and i
the same. i don't know where i'd be w/o
him. though i don't think i say this
enough, i am very LUCKY to have him in
my life. we are each other's support in
more ways than one can imagine. ps,
alan and i both hate and detest: people
that are 1)fake 2)stupid 3)ugly (is that
all? yeh that sounds like a certain
couple we know!) so if you are fake,
stupid, and/or ugly, PLEASE STAY
AWAY!!!

got talent, determination, wisdom, and
empathy. He's great for listening to
problems and getting them solved. He's
also great at just having fun--from
Italy to Hawai'i to China and beyond!
sensitive guy i know. he will always
know what to say and not afraid to say
it too. i love and he loves me too. we
are closer than brother than sister
always and forever. i love you bro.
sure have a lot to say about this
person. I don't even know where to
begin. Well, Alan has ALWAYS ALWAYS
been there for me. I mean, he is one
hell of a friend!!!! He listens to
you, reassures you, and is just there
for you. He's so supporting and
encouraging of his friends. Alan has
been there for me through thick and
thin. Through one relationship after
another. And he will kick anyone's ass
that tries to hurt me!!!! He's
incredibly smart and caring. He'll do
anything for his family and friends.
He even took me to Hawaii just because
I was going through some rough times at
one point. One day, I hope to take him
to Egypt...(which probably won't happen
cuz he'll get there before me). Alan
loves to travel and take pictures. He
loves Japanese anime and Chinese
movies. And he's just a great friend.
If you know Alan and you're friends
with him, then consider yourself lucky
cuz I do. I appreciate EVERYTHING that
he has done for me and I hope he knows
that. Alan is one of my best friends
and will always be. Thanks for always
being there for me Alan! Without you,
I don't think I could have gotten
through it all!
