You might see me passing you on the highway as I sing along with the radio, or perhaps hunched over a pool table lining up my next shot. You could see me at an art opening, brow furrowed as I study the works. I'm often found these days at the Pantages or Ahmanson. Maybe you'll see me sitting on the aisle at a movie. Eating sushi is a good way to find me and so is going to Disneyland. If you do see me, flash me a smile. Maybe I'll smile back...

she has so many remarkable qualities
that they simply don't fit in anything
less than a giant coconut. But here's a
few: An infectuous smile, a sharp mind,
a rich sense of humor and whimsy, a
startling writing talent which she's
only starting to make public, a spirit
for adventure, a knack for
sumptous-cookie-monging, and big dreams
that she's focused enough to make real.
And above all, a characteristic
benevolence of rare depth and sincerity.
And, by the way, she's a real cutie.
In fact, Allyson is the dream girl of
the enlightened geek. He'd probably
better act fast.

her, she lingers in my mind the next
day. I don't know if it's her sweet smile,
the joy on her face when she laughs, the
great conversation, or the hilarious wit.
Probably a combination, or she's
slipping something in my drink. All I
know is, it will be the next day at work,
and I can't concentrate because she
lingers like the scent of a perfume that
you don't want to forget. I won't be five-
by-five and all have all my senses about
me for a couple of days.

you meet her, because Ally weaves a
powerful spell. Actually, why bother
trying? You WILL get caught.
