About Me:
i looked around recently and discovered that i have been doing pretty much the same thing for the past decade. i go to school, go to work, play music and hang out with friends. i appear to be getting better at all of the above.
i have been a psychology student for many years, but have come to dislike a lot of the ideological assumptions make by contemporary psychological investigation. critical theory is my friend, though i have a good deal of contempt ear-marked for roland barthes at any given moment. i hope to find a nice graduate program in african studies soon... with luck, one that will exercise some moderation with the word 'diaspora.'
