Mina Fashion House is a professional online apparel-shopping website, offering imported Japan and Korea style fashionable female apparel as seen in magazines. Our aim is to offer customers a choice of good quality, low-priced apparel with a wide range of choices.
1. Guidelines of transaction
Purchase 3 – 5 pieces normal price clothes, discount of RM1 each (normal price clothes)
Purchase 6 pieces normal price clothes and above, discount of RM2 each (normal price clothes)**Discount only available for clothes. Accessories, wallets, handbags and promotion items are not available for the discount.
Purchase of RM450 and above (the total after discount), postage discount of RM8.
~~Note: We are using pos laju for delivery (Delivery within 2 – 3 days)
2. Transaction procedure
Dear valued customers,
To allow Mina Fashion to take the orders accurately, kindly read the transaction procedure below carefully.
a. Choice of products & Make order

b. Processing of orders
We will try our best to process your order within the shortest duration possible. Processing of orders will involve checking
whether the details provided is complete and the availability of stock. If there are any doubts, the sales consultant will contact you to confirm the order details and e-mail the invoice for payment 50% deposit.
Note : Pre-order item is want waiting around 3 to 4 weeks. When received it will inform the customer and sent it out.
c. Payment
Mina Fashion only supports cash deposit to our banking account or online banking. Upon confirmation of payment,we will proceed with delivery. After the order has been processed, we will issue you the invoice. Kindly deposit the total amount to our company’s banking account and seek confirmation after the deposit, stating the amount deposited, method of payment, date of deposit and order number. Kindly retain your receipt. In the case where payment is not made within 3 days the invoice is issued, the order will be canceled. If you have any queries on pricing, delivery, time of delivery, etc, kindly contact our sales consultant.

d. Delivery

Clothes will be sent out within 3 days after payment is made.
e. Acknowledgment of receive
Kindly acknowledge the receive of goods upon inspection that the goods as per order.
3. Method of payment
Kindly note the following:
a. Kindly proceed with payment within 3 days after invoice is issued, failing in which the order will be canceled.
b. We are using MAYBANK,PBB Account details are sated clearly in the invoice.
c. Kindly email or contact our sales consultant through MSN on date, time, bank name and amount of payment to allow for verification.
d. Kindly retain receipt of deposit in case verification of payment is required.
e. You may transfer the amount due through ATM fund transfer, online banking fund transfer, or bank in through the cash deposit machine.
4. Delivery
Once payment is made, the ready stock will be post out within 2 days and will be delivered within 2-3 days.
West Malaysia RM8 (1kg and below) (Additional 1kg RM2.00)
East Malaysia RM12 (1kg and below) (Additional 1kg RM11)
*Purchase of RM450 and above (the total after discount), postage discount of RM8.
Mina Fashion is delivery through pos laju. (Goods delivered within 2 to 3 days).
5. Guidelines to return/exchange of goods purchased
Because this transaction is done online, our company does careful inspection to goods orders before delivery.Therefore, our company temporarily does not accept return/exchange of goods purchased. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
a)Note on quality
The apparels as modeled in our website may have slight differences in terms of color due to lighting in photography.We do not guarantee that the apparels shown in the pictures in the website will have exact resemblance to the actual apparel, as stressed in our website.
b. Disclaimer
Any imperfection or minor stains (be it removable or not), imperfection in tailoring, color fading, man-made imperfections, buttons not well-secured, computer monitor display and actual fabric color differences of the apparels sold by Krissu Fashion are strictly not exchangeable.

*Mina Fashion does not accept exchange of apparel under any circumstances, including such reasons as (1) dislike the color;(2) color differences; (3) not as attractive as expected;(4) too transparent; (5) fabric too thin; (6) size too big or too small; (7) not comfortable.

购买6件原价衣物或以上，每件折扣RM2(只限于原价衣物)

2.工作人员订单

我们尽量在最快的时间处理您的订单。
处理订单主要包括：检查你的资料是否完整，检测订单中的商品是否正确，然后我方会e-mail订单数额给你。你方收到订单数额请你方付50%的定金然后我会再让你方知道商品
是否缺货，如有疑问时和客户进行联系，确认订单内容。

3.我们目前只支持银行汇款，款到发货。在订单处理完成后，请按照订单的总金额给50%定金然后会尽快让你知道那些货品缺货。货到后我会再通知你方把尾数付清然后发货
给你方。
请在汇款后及时通知我们进行确认，并说明你汇款的金额、支付方式、汇款的日期以及你的订单号码。
请保存你的银行汇款收据，所有在三天之内未付款的订单将会被取消！！！

如果你对于订单的价格、配送费用、配送时间等有疑问，可以和我们的工作人员进行交流。

4. 工作人员发货

由于货品是从外国订购的和有可能遇到缺货问题，所有需要2到4个星期左右才可以收到你所订购的货品。
当我们收到你所订购的货品后将尽快发货，发货后我们的客户人员将通知你准备收货。

5.收货确认

请你在收到商品确认无误后，请通知我们的客户人员。

注意事项：
1-请在下单后的3日内给订单总额50%定金，逾期你的订单将会被取消。

2-请在付款后，email或sms通知我们你付款日期，时间，银行明细及金额，以方便查询。

3-请你保留储存你的付款资料，以在需要时方便查询。

4-你可在atm转帐或由网络银行(online banking)转帐或是到银行柜台汇款(cash deposit)。

由于本公司的商品都是向外国厂商，有时会遇到海关问题，再加上邮寄延误，所以你大概需要等待2到4个星期左右才能收到货，请你务必耐心等待哦！！！

五)退/换货原则

因为是网络销售，为了减少不必要的麻烦本公司所有商品在发货前都经过检查以确保商品正常才发货，所以本公司暂不接受商品退换。
