Who I Want to Meet:
My mom's guru once said 'liking and not liking, is an
affliction.'I want friends who are gentle with me and
patient with my mistakes. I make plenty! I wish I was
nicer, especially under stress. Any fool can be a friend
when life is going their way. I know that I am pretty, but
that wont last forever. One day I'll be old and slow
moving, and I should develop strength of character.

she's better than Goodnight Moon!), my
favorite Favorites List and my favorite of
Charlie's Angels.
one that I always feel pretty and sharp in, like
the most confident, soft and feral French
gamine (a playfully mischievous street girl).
She's also my favorite greek god/dess: she
wows you with her brilliance and temper. She
is my favorite book: her stories are not only
pants-pissing hilarious, but a lot of them are
horrible and will fuck you up. She's the only
person I would do about a million things with,
like partaking in a dolphin goddess ritual.
She's an excellent nurturer of friends, plants
and animals. The phrase I have most often
said to Jackie is "How do you know that!?" cuz
she knows things from history, the nightmare
world and pop culture ephemera that most
people just don't really know, like Sylvester
Stallone's relationship with that one baby-
sitter and how she encouraged him to run
track and that's when he discovered
vegetarianism and that's why he moved to
Ojai, which is how he got into porn, which
reminds me of that Mickey Mouse t-shirt I
always wanted of my sister's...and so on. The
bottom line: I miss Jackie.
people climb the far off mountains of strange
lands to get to the top to talk to the guru. they
are doing it all wrong. all you have to do is
come to the paris house at about 1am and sit
with jackie. in the early morning hours, jackie
will calmly deconstruct your life and
relationships and put them back together with
tenderness and a little spit, all while
absentmidedly watching crappy dating shows
and drawing beautiful things in a small white
book. if you are not looking to reconstruct
your life (she did it just fine last night and you
are not in need of a tune up) jackie has the
most interesting storehouse of personal
stories, useless facts about teen actors,
knowledge of ancient tattoo rituals, and/or
step-by-step how-to d.i.y. auto care. she is
one of a kind, and if she lived on the top of a
mountain in a strange land, i would buy a pack
goat and a small native guide boy and start
walking.

Jackie never ceases to amaze me with
her super powers. Oh, and she's a
creative genius and a goddess of wit to
boot!
Jackie isn't a man, so she might be an
island. And if she is, you better watch
out for the carnivorous sock puppets,
because they'll gum you to death with
their soft, felt teeth!
whom I can entirely and completely be
myself without reservation. Both of us suck
at the e-mail communication, but that's ok
because when we finally do see each other,
it's easy to pick up right where we left off. My
life is better because there's a Jackie in it,
even one I don't see often.

Jakie is super-ultra-uber cool! I
remember her painting the coolest
whiskers at bunny jam, and she always
makes me smile. PINK!
out! Jackie's sensitive and sharp as a
jaguar's claw - if you're stuck she's
probably sussed the situation out.
She's smart and has muy, muy excellent
taste. She just might grace you with
her friendship... if you're lucky. Take
it as the compliment it is.
heart... she survived the hell of the
seasonal temporary corporate job with me
upon my arrival in the wonderful SF. she
was my friend before anyone else, not
because i was introduced to her but
because i met her and it was like magic!
i love and cherish jackie and get all
wound up everytime i get to see her.
she's my super freak and i wanna keep
her forever!
wearing overalls and asking if you want
to be bunnified, don't turn her down.
