No one else in their right mind would ever think about building a whole new college, but here he is, making it happen, every day.
You are one-of-a-kind, Nato. I'm blessed and happy to be along for the journey!
Of course that's easy to see with the
eyes, but most importantly you realize it
with your heart. He's loving, generous
and inspiring. I feel blessed and honored
to count him among my friends.
Nate has big dreams. No, not dreams.
Realities patiently waiting to come
true. He can be serious (Friday
services), philosophical, intelligent,
or funny (fake throwing toasted bread
from a fork across Cosi's.)
A real person who also knows how to
have fun. A rare combination. :)
actually. (hA! i just totally cracked
myself up!)
if there is anyone out there to
consistanly inspire and lead the way
for everything positive in life - it is
natan. I will love this man forever and
ever. What I feel on the in, leaves my
fingers dumbfounded as they try to
type. He is simply life force made
solid.
know! Strong, kind and generous, he's
always got energy, laughter, good
ideas, and interesting things to add
to any scene, party, get together...
He can be surprisingly grown up,
though I think a lot of times he's
just playacting at that you know? I
mean when the "grupps" (old Star Trek
reference) enter the room Nate can
join in, but there's always a twinkle
in the eye and a sense that he's
really waiting for them to leave so
the games can continue. He can
usually jolly me out of any tooooo
grownup or weighed down state, so I
get to stay and play! For this I am
supremely grateful. I might think of
more to say later, but I'll leave
this with -- I absolutely love this
guy!
because every time I talk to him, he is on a
different channel, and he can talk for a half
hour about whatever he is working on! Like
tv, Nate is a lovely escape from my dreary
life. In addition, talking with him is often
much more interesting than watching tv.
And unlike tv, Nate cares about me and
sometimes brings me wine while listening to
me whine. And that, ladies and gentlemen,
is why being friends with Nate is better than
watching tv!
own. He is a visionary, a missionary,
a humanitarian, an open and generous
heart, a mentor, a student of life, a
guru, an embodiment of compassion and
just an all around great guy! :-) Oh
yeah. And he's also one hell of a
total goof ball!
makes me laugh like no other can. After
time together, my stomach is sore for
days from the hysterical laughing. We
pick up right where we left off
everytime we talk, and he has been one
of my best friends since Ms. Clark's
Biology class!
