About Me:
I am in grad school at Cal right now hoping to someday do something large and helpful, such as your mom. I would describe myself as uncouth but difficult, and I love to eat. A lot. I love to cook too, but not nearly as much as I love to eat. I don't think it's caught up with me yet, but I am sure it will, and I can only hope that when that happens it will also make me jolly. Just got back from Bombay, and am working off my addiction to cheap and tasty Indian food through a 12 step program--that and trying to get out of the habit of elbowing people on BART, since there's usually plenty of room, and that shit totally doesn't fly here.

Who I Want to Meet:
It seems really hard to describe hypothetical people I haven't met yet here. It would be much easier to describe people I have met, and say I would like to meet more people like that, so here goes. My friends are mostly easy-going overachievers who love music and do things they like for a living. There are a lot of students, but there are some writers and professional social jews and enviros in there too, and far too many engineers. Also, they mostly know where places like Darfur are, which is cool, and know way more about sports than I do, which is, well, fine.
