ACTIVITY AND EXERCISE
s" araw-araw ako pumapasok sa school, school, library at bahay nga lang ang buhay ko eh, mahilig ako mag-aral, mahilig din ako sa sports kagaya ng basketball, swimming, table tennis, billiards, at madami pang iba. kaya ko gawin ang mga ADL ko sa bahay at school. cguro mga 1 hour ako naglalakad araw2 at cguro nakaka 100000 steps cguro ako.

SLEEP and REST
s dahil nursing student ako sira ang circadian rhythm ng tulog ko pero ok lng dahil para din naman sa akin ang ginagawa ko at paggising ng maaga. hindi ako natutulog sa classrum kahit minsan. sa bahay ako madalas matulog cguro mga 6-7 hours ang tulog ko. pag may duty at gagawa ng ncp eh 3-4 hours lng meron akong 5 unan, isang kumot at isang pusa na katabi sa pagtulog.
