I'm tired. That's all. I'm tired of having my good mood
sapped away by someone that's convinced that there is no
hope left in the world. I'm tired of seeing all my
childhood friends, who used to be so full of happiness,
energy, and imagination, wither away into this depressed
sad shadow self that cannot be convinced that a smile they
smiled yesterday is worth anything today. I'm aching for
famine, I'm aching for war, I'm aching for grief, and I
want it in America, in NYC, on Long Island, because I'm
convinced that everyone would be shocked and pleased at
their own resiliance, at their own need to thrive, to
fight to live. I'm saddened and exhausted by people who
depress themselves by fearing that their happiness will
end. Please... please learn how just to be happy.

I want to meet the kind of people who would sic a mob on
the draft office, not so that you would not need to go to
war, but that you would have the opportunity to take up
arms and lead yourself in your own causes. That propaganda
is designed to engulf the fearful, but fear is a device of
the unarmed. If you have a head on your shoulders, you
