Please bear in mind that all prices are in Brunei Dollar (BND) and inclusive of postage fees, handling fees and bank charges incurred by our merchants.

Please do not join spree if buyers unable to wait for long as we need some patient from you. It would be worth waiting if you can get fantastic apparel you favour.

As to avoid the risk of cancellation order by buyers, FULL PAYMENT is required before we could proceed your orders.
How to make payment?
Direct bank-in, funds transfer through internet-banking or arrange meet-up (will instruct through email conversation) Kindly keep the bank-in slip for our future references.
Once your order is confirmed, means no cancellation, refund or exchange are to be made. Unless if an item is already not available before orders are sent out, you may change to another item or cancel the item with full refund given.

We will combine all orders to reach 20 items. Orders will only be send out to the merchants once we hit the required cappings. So please be patient. Period will be extend/cancel if we still can't reach the minimum caps.
When shipment held?
Once order sent out to our merchant, parcel will take 3-14days to proceed and ship out. Approximately, shipment arrival within 1-2 weeks if there is no delay occurs.

Notification emails/sms will be sent once shipment arrives. Strictly self-collection implies as to reduce the costs due to us, in order to give lower prices to all shoppers. For buyers who might have transport inconveniences, delivery fee will be charge depending on their stay location.

Please take note that buyers are responsible for any custom duty, & import taxes charges which maybe incurred on some particular products.

CaWaii's Fashion Closet will not held responsible for any loss, damage of goods, sizing issues after collections. Items sold are non-exchangeable & non-refundable as each item is meticulously checked to ensure good quality. We are not responsible for manufacturer's defects such as minor stains, sizing issues & colour differences. However, an exchange will only be allowed if the type/colour/size of item delivered is not the same as what customer has ordered.
