Merchant of Vino. My band Morsel played
his Graduation Party in Detroit. It was
our first show as a new lineup, and
being a little nervous about starting
up, we thought "That's a perfect show
to break us in! Low key, no stress, no
jitters. It'll probably just be a few
people we know and mostly Jeffrey's
family." Then we loaded into his loft.
EVERYONE was there! We thought, "Oh
shit! We're doomed!"

ahold of my friend Lee, we spoke
several times on email, seeing as Lee
is impossible to get ahold of. As the
emails progressed I felt like we
became friends :) I hope one day to
meet you, you seem like a truly great

world. we wake up a tad late. we forget to
wash our hair sometimes. we forget that the
glass by the bed should be filled with water
and not booze. we forget that happy hour
does not in fact start at noon and run till
sleepy-time. we forget where we live, how to
say no, and sometimes the difference
between calling someone daddy and the
real daddy. but at the end of the day jeffrey
still has a heart of gold and a few gold teeth.
