      • Emily's secret identity is that she is one of America's most captivating storytellers.

By night, singer songerwriter...but by even nighter after a glass of wine, her chronicles might peek out. And maybe a tarradiddle if you're lucky.

      • There are musicians who immediately evoke a sense of truth...an essence...a core...by the sound of their voice or the lyrics that they use. When I hear Emily sing, my breath travels deeper and I feel a bit more connected to something stronger than myself.

      • Emily sings, I melt. What else is there to say?
Ok, maybe this... if you were to put Siga Ros,
Patsy Cline and Mazzy Star into a musical
blender, you might have something close to the
sounds and emotions that well-up and pour out of
        Emily's being. So humble too.

      • Emily makes me smile everytime I see
her comin' my way. I listened to her
demo CD about a million times because
I think it is A-MAZING! Thank you
        Emily, you rock.

      • Emily is one of those quality friends
who is there for the long-haul. You
might not see her for a couple years and
then you'll see her again and it'll be
like old times. And she has an amazing
        voice.

      • at camp emily would sit on her top
bunk and shake her legs back and forth
for hours. i've been in cars with her
where she's almost lit herself on fire
and where we drove through texas
without stopping once. this lady has a
zillion stories, and i love to hear
        her tell them.
