I think the last movie I saw in a theater was the last Star Wars movie. Ghost World and American Beauty are two of my favorites though.

wish for mike to become an alcoholic,
heroine junkie, or something else real bad,
so she would leave him. don't get me wrong,
if there is anyone anywhere near as cool as
molly, it is mike. but i am a piece of shit, with
almost no reguard for what is meant to be.
what makes it worse, is that lately they've
been bringing around this thing they call
'miles.' it is probably the coolest thing i have
ever seen, and the little bit of good in me
gets pissed at the other part of me that wants
mike 'out of the picture.' i'm conflicted. i hate
me. i adore molly, and for that matter, mike.
damnit.

i have watched molly heat up her lunch
in a microwave. she always has a
gameplan, knows how to budget, says
funny shit, and i lost my virginity in
her guestroom -- when i was twenty
fucking five!

soooo eternally grateful for that!
Miles also has the best mother and
father ever made! I hope Bob& I are as
lucky to have such a great kid and be
the kind of parents that they are. We
love them dearly!
except I drink less than him and I'm
not bald. Oh, yeah, and I don't paint
brilliant pictures either. Anyway, I'm
so lucky I snared this girl...every
morning when I wake up, I look over at
her and say, "SUCKER!" Then I laugh
maniacally and pack the kid's diaper
bag for daycare.
I like her son. He's probably the
only person better than me. her
husbands cool but he's not better than
me.
