I spend most of my free time playing Ultimate Frisbee , it may sound like a simple sport , nothing to it , just throwing a plastic disc around.
But coming from a background in rugby , I assure you , it's more taxing , tiring on your body and mind than any other field sport out there.
I like eeyores , just in case you were intending to get me a soft toy. And my favorite animals are Polar Bears.
