DISTORSI adalah komunitas metal ulee kareng yang didirikan sekitar taon 1999 yg dulu nya bernama SPS(sickening people society)dan mengalami kevakuman sudah lebih dari 6 tahun.
Disasarkan atas prakarsa dari pendahulu SPS sebelumnya maka tepatnya pada tanggal 17 agustus 2008 SPS kembali diaktifkan menjadi DISTORSI
DISTORSI sendiri merupakan kumpulan dari band-band metal produksi ulee kareng, anak-anak yang suka musik metal, dan atau hanya yang sekedar respect dengan musik and metal lifestyle.
Untuk sementara DISTORSI hanya sebuah komunitas dan bukan tidak mungkin untuk kedepan DISTORSI akan menjelma menjadi Event Organizer atau Production House atau bahkan menjadi label records metal buat anak-anak metal NAD.
Dan Semua itu tentu saja dengan dukungan para Metal Head yg ada di aceh khusus nya.
