About Me:
Someone once said, "I wonder what being inside Jen's head
is like." Another replied, "Probably like a full-on LSD
trip." I'm pretty much your textbook Sagittarian (and, as
my former roommate Gisele explained, "YOU ARE SO TWELFTH
HOUSE!"), in that I'm generally adventurous, ambitious,
sarcastic, fleeting, loyal as hell, protective, full of
myself and I don't give a fuck what anyone really thinks
about me. I try hard to be a good
person/friend/girlfriend/advocate...sometimes too hard.
However, I feel that my intentions are good, and I'm
generally alright with making mistakes in the interim.
I work as a sleep technologist (meaning I work at night- DUH!). This doesn't bode well for
a regular social schedule, but I seem to make do alright.
I am a woman of faith. I am a Christian (which most
people
don't believe when I tell them the fifth time, let alone
the first time), but I practice in a way that makes
logical, emotional and spiritual sense to me (read: I incorporate prior adventures in faith- predominantly paganism- into the practice of Christianity. If it doesn't make sense, you probably just don't get it). Religion
cannot exist in a vacuum, and I'm not about to subject
myself to following everything some old dude translated 50
different times to a "t".
I'm really wordy. ;)

Who I Want to Meet:
Someone who doesn't suck.
Someone who likes curvier girls with an au natural rack.
Someone who can carry on a conversation involving their
own
experiences, their own thoughts, their own beliefs, and
not
make it sound like it's been rehearsed a zillion times.
Someone who likes to go out and have fun, alone or with a
bunch of folks.
Someone who believes that art and music are languages as
legitimate as the one you read right now.
Again, someone who doesn't suck.

"The Jen". Sure, it screws up the whole Jen
rhyming with Ben thing, but hey, sometimes
you've just got to take your mashed potatoes
with lumps cause they're damend good
mashed potatoes. Hey, The Jen, can I have
some mashed potatoes?

anyone in this town. And I can still
talk to her. That's how cool she is--
she overlooks your bad points and
focuses on the good. Go, Jen! Plus,
she's a fun one to talk to, and can
point out some good music if you're in
the mood.
force of nature. Jen is not about your
rules. You cannot control her; you can
only hope to contain her. Men want her.
Women want to be her. Dogs have no
opinion one way or the other.
I have known Jen for many years, and she
is like a fine wine. Every year she gets
better and better, but turns to vinegar
if not properly stored. I adore Jen, and
so should you. If she quits one of her
ten jobs, you should hang out.
