Uh-oh... I read plays (I prefer dialogue to narrative description)...I did just read Running With Scissors. I picked it up at an airport becuase I liked the cover. It turns out to be about a young homosexual man growing up in a completely disfunctional family - two topics that I already know plenty about.

About Me:
I like meeting new people. I like to laugh and the people in my life keep me in stitches. I have the most amazing friends a girl could ask for. I hate shopping and I work too many hours. I like to think I am not romantic, but there are people in my life who would disagree. I don't wear my feelings on my sleeve, but I don't hide them either. I am skeptical of most people, but once I am won over, I am a loyal, caring and passionate friend. I see lots of movies and I don't read nearly enough. I am very down-to-earth, but a little quirky too. I love amusement parks, fine dining and everything in between. I tend to be indecisive, but when I really want something, you will know. I am basically a fun-loving, easy-going girl with a "bite."

Testimonials and Comments for Ginger
just know. (You know?) Ging was
certainly one of those for me; the bells
started ringing, the birds started winging,
love started singing, bla bla bla. But it's
true! (So what if we had a 6-year hiatus
due to unfortunate geographical
separation? We've made up for it, most
notably with a trip to the Weslaco library
to see a play about her in which she was
played by a 40 year-old hispanic woman
and her best friend was played by a
teenage boy who kept saying "Chef
Frankenstein's Monster!" I wish I was
kidding.) A true master of the canny,
incisive observation, she is one of the
most essential lynchpins of my newest
Austin life, and thank god. (And don't be
fooled by the name or the follicles.
She's totally a Jew!) Love her love her
love her. Funny, perceptive, and a
brilliant artist of the theatre, she shines
more brightly than the top of the Chrysler
Building. You won't regret trying a
sample of Ginger Snap!
own back and set herself free. If
you've never seen such a transformation,
spend an hour with this gal and you will
see what it's like to truly live in the
moment, searching for your own identity
with truth. But most importantly,
Ginger eats beets and that makes Ginger
A-OK in my book.
Robin to the supermarket in the middle
of the night to buy sausage, cheese,
and crackers before we went to write
Theatre History papers in this exposed
gazebo on the side of a busy street,
which we ended up abandoning after this
scary gang of unidentified men began
gathering directly across the street.
Turns out, they were just waiting for a
bus. Ginger believes that all men are
gay until proven straight. This is
unfortunate because I thought we really
had something going. Sigh. "All this
coil is long of" her. I miss that bitch.
Oh well.
a truly wonderful, generous person.
She's both sincere and spontaneous,
and I must add, luscious. She delights
me. There are not many women out
there (I am imagining) who have a
collection of Charles Busch plays on
their book shelves, and I am happy to
say that Ginger is one of them.
friends. We don't talk that much
anymore, (hardly ever, really,and we...
she never emails) but she will always
have a place in my heart. When we get
together, it's like no time has passed.
You need that in your life. Friends you

me back man.
She tries to do five thousand things at
once, and somehow she completes it all
beautifully. Ginger you rock!
