irritates me so much yet entertains me
SO MUCH. He has affected my musical
horizons. Which is the greatest
compliment I can and will bestow on
anyone. Dandyism sucks, by the way, but
you love Brian, so I'll let this one
pass...JUST THIS ONCE. Have I forgotton
your birthday again. I'm sure it's
around here SOMEWHERE....KWISP rules
cuz what all these suckas say and
because I SAY SO. And none of my
friends suck. No..really. And neither
does Kwisp. It's true...
as well as a great radar for new
music. Kwisp, at times, must be
totally confused by my love for
rockabilly - but I see rockabilly as the
bridge between Johnnie Ray and
Sparks and early Roxy Music. I miss
going to the basement/dungon and
hearing what he's playing on the crap
cd machine. Through him I became
a Morricone fantatic, because he
opened the door and now we both
can't shut it. Of course without
saying, he's an incredible DJ as well!
him since we were freshmen in high
school back in some town, some decade a
long time ago. He has nice shirts and
pants.
call kwisp a great friend, compatriate
and musical collaborator. it would
not be a lie or exaggeration to say
that much of how/what/why i do music
has been inspired by mr. coitus' own
music and tastes and enthusiasm. and
for that i thank him.
