About Me:
I was born on July 24, 1970 to David, a computer specialist and Guadalupe, a kindergarten teacher at the Bronx. I have two sisters Leslie and Lynda who are now a music teacher and a DJ for WKTU in NY respectively. I'm just a simple girl with simple dreams when I was li'l. My mother as a kindergarten teacher, really knew what was best for me. She is my daily dose of encouragement and inspiration in all my undertakings...My Mother tells me that I'm someone who's ain't stoppin' when I still haven't achieved somethin' i really dreamed of...I saw West Side Story with Latin People like me, and I knew that I wanted to perform. I want to entertain people and let em relate and go with my songs, dances and movies. In that way, I know I'm makin' em happy. [Men] really disgust me if they don't have a nice smile, nice lips and nice teeth...They have too many disgusting habits - like scratching themselves all the time. I think that's all about the real me.
