Ones with pretty spines that make my bookshelf look cool. Being scolded for a late book report in junior HS gave me permanent fiction-phobia, so now I really only read non-fiction books and magazines.

I've been pestered to join Friendster for months, so here I am! Give me time to recruit my unsuspecting
friends and cult-ivate new ones. You may know me as the club promoter who gave birth to Kurfew and other parties,
but I'm involved in many varied projects and am always starting new ventures. I love overseas travel and returning to and appreciating the amazing city of New York. I live at the collision point of NOHO/SOHO/East Village/West Village, but enjoy shopping/eating in Chinatown, Hell's Kitchen, LES, Harlem and I'll even venture into the boroughs. I'm
impulsive, play practical jokes (beware) and can turn mundane activities into zany adventures. Other times I relish a hefty dose of all-phones-off solitude.

Beef stew and sushi are my favorite foods (no, not together!), but I'm trying to become a semi-vegetarian or at least give up mammals (give me SOME credit!). If I can invent improvements to textured soy protein, I might make
the leap. I live with a cat who thinks he's human and does freaky tricks...invariably, the people I find most interesting are DEATHLY allergic to cats. I'm a devout agnostic who loves to show off my fake psychic ability...I've made people cry with my eerily accurate tarot card readings (and yes, I'm the guy that secretly pushes the ouija board pointer). I don't smoke, and my only addiction is my car, which is my "Manhattan Escape Pod"

If the Friendster lives up to its hype before its
servers implode, I hope to meet:
(1) Ambitious, talented people looking to create
something new and big, esp. recording artists, filmmakers, actors.
(2) Brilliant programming nerds who want to launch internet ventures.
(3) Fun people w/similar interests.
(4) An easygoing, down-and-dirty travel partner who doesn't mind 3rd world nations & 4th world accommodations esp. Latin America, E. Europe.
(5) Orlando Bloom
(6) Possibly a roommate, particularly if you're a hot supermodel w/ a sick compulsive fetish for doing dishes & laundry.
