I met Alex when I started first grade,
and she used to give me star stickers
when I was good. Except she wasn't the
teacher, she was five. That's just the
beginning. Since then, she has
encouraged me to mix bleach and
ammonia in a closed apartment,
involved me with the teenaged children
of Mexican drug lords, put sand in my
jeans and told me that Navy Seals did
it, taken several unattractive
pictures of me hostage and used them
for blackmail, and just in general
been one of the best friends I've ever
had. I love you lots, Alex Shall-be
Too-funny!!!
for years, alex wanted to beat me up.
but now, we're in love. basically,
there are no words to describe how
amazing she is. her large heart,
extreme loyalty, hilarious humor, keen
wisdom, and beautiful smile affect
everyone around her. i would do
anything for her... and i have no idea
how i would have gotten through the
past 3 years without her!!!! if you
are lucky enough to have alex in your
life, hold on tight.
I have known Alex since I was a wee sixth
grader and she would come into my
bedroom and talk to me about my
volumminous plastic horse collection. As I
entered high school, Alex became my ever-
reliable "bitch" and frequent chauffeur to
horsebackriding, where one time, we threw
away a dead baby bird. Things progressed
to syrup in the hair, the Ofekenoffee swamp,
and pot-inspired jokes about eclairs and the
one-armed baseball player. Alex is the best
and I love her so much!
