About Me:
I keep my friends laughing but when you first meet me reserved or shy usually comes to mind. I'm as diverse as my record collection. i'm a definite vinyl junkie, there is nothing like digging through stacks of records. When i have free time i'm at the bookstore reading for 8 to 10 hours( i was a nerd in school, ok). i write everyday poetry and songs and ideas for screenplays.I love playing and watching sports especially hoops(you can take the kid out of the midwest but you can't take the midwest out of the kid). I like the fact i can hang with my peoples back home on the block and then switch modes and equally enjoy a night at the opera. I love creating art and having people touched by it. I love the Baha'i faith with all my heart.

you know what a testimonial. Actually I
thought I'd remind you once again I
expect you here in Chicago for my B-
day on April 5! I know you're sick of me
badgering you about it, but you know
me I'll do anything to annoy my boy.
Just kidding of course. Well Diyan, (look
I actually spelled your name right) I do
want to say this you have been a staple
in my life for quite awhile now, since the
summer of '96. Wow it's been a minute!
I am glad I had the audacity to come to
you the way I did when we first met.
(WinkWink) You have turned out to be a
very dear friend who always seems to
keep me grounded at the times I need it
most and for this I value you as a person
and as my friend. For all those who are
lucky enough to become a friend of
yours they will forever be blessed with a
true, real and beautiful individual. With
that said I just want to Thank You for
always seeing the true person I am even
when I didn't!

sweet of you. Anyway, you know I'm
going to miss you so much and I'm still

We can't have all of the female
population of Atlanta in tears. But now,

wide world.In Atlanta we spent most of
our free time together not doing much
of anything except entertaining
ourselves with the help of Murph and
Dobbs.Sometimes he would teach me the
new dance moves he learned from some
bboy video but then got all modest
when id push him onto the dance floor
at MJQ.Typically we'd sit around his
place listening to music (fighting
over which CD to play next) or we'd
talk about our random relationships.
Our arguments mainly consisted
of...who's better looking with better
game, who's got better style or better
taste in music. Sometimes we'd
challenge each other with lil
competitions on the street to see who
got more 'looks' or more numbers, and
of course we'd argue over the
results.All in all we always had so
much fun together even when we were
being cheesy. We have a friendship &
love for each other which will
continue throughout our lives.He is
one of the most wonderful people out
there

licious"... shall I go on? Diyan is a
lady killa. Word to the mens: HIDE YO
HIGH POST HOES. "Di Daddy" likes em
classy, so all mud-ducks need not
apply. Did I mention Diyan was
voted "Best Dressed" in High School.
Hello?!? Stop stressin the man for
fashion tips and bitin his musical
styles. Don't you think he has enough
to do? DAMN!
the extra "e" ;) But you still have my
blessing for my mom, however, you must
promise to be there at my wedding with
Dobbs. haha but really, besides being a
great and true friend you make me laugh
harder than anyone I know, and that's
usually when I'm having bad bad times.
Plus inspiring me to still believe in
people. My clinical impression of
Diyan: inspirational and ...super ;)
is comically brilliant for sure. But
you would never ever guess that upon
your first meeing w/ him.. nor the
second.. and the third perhaps if you
guys are vibing. This man will bust
out that ingenous humor when you least
expect it and will hold the stage and
your attention in the palm of his hands
until he deems your stomach has endured
maximum laughter pains. Aside from his
extremely funny self, Diyan is truly an
incredible man. He exudes kindness,
calm, and patience. He is always ready
to share his new cool musical treasures
with you if you ask kindly & you can
often catch him at a local bookstore
cramming his mind with knowledge that
will often manifest itself into clever
humor gauged to help you rethink things
through.

weren't for him, I would have never
discoverd Cody Chestnut, Thicke, and a
million other amazing artists... No
matter what's going on, Diyan is always
cool calm and collected. He's a good
friend to just kick it with!
dancer...hahahahaha but really he is a
talented soul who never gets angry no
matter how hard you try to get him to
snap...also he is famous, you just dont
know it yet.
