3. Once received your details, we will let you know regarding the stock avaibility and total price via email / sms.
4. Please make payment to us within 3 days once you confirm your order. You can pay by online banking, ATM transfer or cash deposit terminals. For international customer we accept Western Union and Bank TT. Please email / sms us the transaction date and amount after complete your transaction successfully. If we do not receive your payment within 3 days, your order will automatically be cancelled. Item will not deliver if you do not provide us your proper payment details.

5. DELIVERY COST:
- Within Sarawak
Major Town - Kuching / Sibu / Bintulu / Miri - RM4 (1-2pcs)
Minor Town - Serian / Serikei / Sri Aman & etc - RM8 (1-2pcs)
- Within Sabah & Sarawak - RM8 (1-2pcs)
- Within Sarawak & Penisular - RM9
* For 4pcs & above, please add up another RM1 per pc.
* No charges for own collection. (Applicable to Kuching's customer only).
6. Normally you will get your orders within 3-4 weeks for “pre-order item” and “ready stock item” about 2- 3 business days after we received your payment. This is applicable for customer from Malaysia only. For international customer, we will let you know once we confirm with our courier partner.
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
When we accept order from buyer,we assume buyer already read and accept all term and condition.
* We sell to all serious buyers only.
* First come first serve basis for ready-stock items.
* Price is non-negotiable.
* All payment included postpal/shipping cost have to be paid in advance.
* Honesty is guaranteed concerning the transaction!
* Payment need to be paid within 3 days period after confirmation. An confirmation email / SMS will be sent to you regarding the stock avaibility and total price.
* Kindly confirm order with us first before making any payments.
* The "Order Form" will be ignored if details required is not filled properly.
* Delivery will be based on SKYNET.
* Once payment received,
- For ready stock item will be shipped within 3 working days.
- For Pre-Order item will be shipped within within 3-4 weeks.
Duration of time stated above is based on normal business day. (Except weekends and public holiday.)
* An email will be sent to you when the items you bought are ready to ship out.
* Buyers buy at own risk. We are not responsible on lost / damaged items during postage/shipment.
* We will not entertain any cancellation once the order is confirm and paid by customer. We will refund the amount paid if the order is cancelled due to the unabailability of goods.
* All our goods sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. All goods sold as it is. Goods will be inspected before delivery.
* We offer "Pre-Order" services, the goods/products that have been ordered requires a process period up to 1-2 weeks.
