About Me:
Blunt, but loving. In other words, I'll kiss you once I get
my foot out of my mouth. Aside from a chronic case of
candor, I am afflicted by a ridiculous laugh and an untiring
sense of humor. I enjoy watching the wild herds of irony
cross every intersection and this provides fodder for my
writing. Speaking of which, I plan to get back to grad
school one of these days, but am a little torn between
journalism (particularly of the science type) and poetry.
Recently, I rediscovered my first love, dance, which i began
studying formally at age 4. (Yea, it's fun to run around
the living room in a tutu.)

that peace does not come from sameness, but difference

totally fills my heart. She's got a 200-foot
spirit that, when not in motion spinning or
dancing or otherwise keeping the universe
in accelating orbits, is filed with outward joy.
She has a laugh that can fill a wide desert
sky overflowing and a smile that could
extinguish all the stars. Anyway, that's what
my photo would show, if they'd let me. :)
