PURCHASE GUIDELINES
You can place order by emailing us OR drop a message at "comments" area about the item number (e.g: LC1012), size (e.g:100ml) together with your personal details (full name, contact number, email, shipping address, payment & shipment method).
We will email you an invoice with the total amount. Kindly email us the payment details (reference number,paid amount, transaction bank, date, and time) after you made payment.
PRICES,PAYMENT,SHIPMENT 1.Payment We accept several types of payment:-

** We do not accept any personal or business checks. All payments must be submitted within 7 days after purchase. Otherwise, the order will be canceled. Your order status will be updated from “pending to processing” after we receive your payment**
2.Shipment
(i)Cash on Delivery (Singapore)
-Delivery is available at Jurong area – Jurong East MRT, Chinese Garden MRT, Boon Lay MRT, and Jurong Point Shopping Mall.
[Note: Kindly inform us your preferred delivery date, time (between 5pm-7pm on weekdays/ between 12pm-6pm on weekends) and location through email / comments after orders had been made]
(ii)Postage (Within Singapore)
- Normal Postage(non-registered): S$ 3.00 (flat rate)
-Registered Postage: S$5.00 (flat rate)
- Estimated delivery days: 1-2 working days

(a) Registered postage is encouraged.
(b)Normal postage (a flat rate of S$3.00) is waived for purchase above S$100
(c)Registered postage (a flat rate of S$5.00) is waived for purchase above S$150
(iii)Postage (International)
The postage rate varies for different countries. As such, kindly contact us for further information. **For Malaysia customers who want to save international postage fee, you can join the pre-order section. For pre-order, we will collect all orders from Malaysia and sent all the items out once a month. Thus, Malaysia customers who join the pre-order section will be charged according to M'sia PosLaju rate only [postage fee will be waived for purchase above RM250.00, otherwise a flat rate will be charged RM13.00 (peninsular M'sia) or RM20.00 (Sabah/Sarawak) ]**

Who I Want to Meet:
TERMS & CONDITIONS 1.All items’ prices shown are excluding shipping/delivery fee or related tax.
2.Item will only be shipped out after payment is made.
3.Color of item may vary due to different contrast of monitor and lightning in photography
4.Payment shall be made within 7 days after the order is made. Otherwise, it will be considered “canceled”.
5.No cancellations or refunds once the payment had been made.
6.Item(s) will be posted within 1 or 2 working days after payment received (for ready stocks only).
7.For pre-order section, item(s) will be posted out once a month. The delivery date will be announced earlier monthly.(only applicable for Malaysia customers)
8.Post delivery is available every day except Sunday and public holiday.
9.We will not be responsible for any lost and damage that occurs during shipping.
10.Use of registered mail (a flat rate of S$5.00) is encouraged.
11.We do not accept any subjective reason for return or exchange of item(s). For examples: the non-attractive apparel of item; change mind; not up to expectation; do not like the smell of fragrances; etc.
12.We are sorry to inform that all item(s) sold are not refundable, returnable, or exchangeable, except for wrong items sent by us or ordered items are out of stock.
13.For wrong delivery, please email to inform us and return the item(s) by post (postage will be borne by LcBeauty86). Item(s) shall be returned with full and original packaging (include tag, label, packaging bag…). Returned item(s) with sign of tampering, washing, and altering will not be entertained.
14.For item(s) that is/are out of stock, buyer can choose cash refund or exchange for another item of equivalent price.
15.All terms and conditions are subjected to change without prior notice.
