reunions. Adam is tough and resilient
and jolly and intuitive. Adam will

mailed my mother the following: "mom!
i've met this boy and he's smart and
episcopal and likes RENT--and i don't
even think that he's gay!!!" well, i
was wrong. but that's okay because it
turns out that we are completely will
and grace and everyone wanted to be
us. i mean...both of us listed 'bring
it on' as one of our favorite movies!
can we SAY kindred spirits??? adam is
SO adam that he'll floor you. it's
like he's 40 and 5 at the same time.
he's super smart but has a ridiculously
contagious giggle. he likes
contemplating theology and philosophy,
but would be equally willing to dress
up fabulously, pretend to be my date,
and attempt to break the heart of some
poor, unsuspecting ex. he's devoted and
hyper and talks really really fast.
just when you think you're gonna kill
him, he does something that makes you
love him all the more. he was the
perfect companion when we lived in
london--my beautiful, rent lo
he loves dogs. i mean he LOVES them.
watching him interact with the little
four leggers helps me to know with
certainty that jesus died for my sins
and rose again; buddha found
enlightenment and i can too; and
mohammed took the horse home with him
and we won't be fighting jihads
forever. seriously: bring him within
ten feet of a furry and you'll be
touching goddess.
