lily is the shit.
at first she thought i was sort of loserish and kindof ignored me (and rightly so!), but then she opened up and she's like, sooo cool. like she's super smart and always wants dessert and is like really sensitive in an intuitive way, not in a pathetic way, but like, she can sense situations and is very adept at dealing with them. i suppose, well-adjusted is the word, and she keeps pushing herself to new heights, to such great heights and she's truly an inspiration and ... it's exciting just to be in her wake, just to be within a mile radius it's like, ooh what's this? what's going on? there's something in the air, but i can't put my finger on it, but then one's step is lighter and the wind is at one's back and the sun shining gently on one's face and the clouds part and it's like, whoaaaaa. i think everyone would want to be her friend, truly. i know i do.

i love lily! the flowers are beautiful. but lily the person is pretty great too. Lily the person will make you laugh and giggle like you were taking a bath with Mr. Bubbles. she's a witty one and she'll allow you to push the limits of stupidity with an understanding ear...but it's too bad she's kinda deaf, so don't be too stupid. and if you're gonna make her feel self-conscious, at least make her laugh. it's the least you could do.

Lily is luminous, effervescent. She's a very balanced person, even though most likely, she will deny this and tell you that she is, in fact, the opposite. Underneath the veneer of silliness and fun (which still very much defines her), is a streak of seriousness and intellectualism. (Yes. Lily. I just called you...intellectual...hee).

Lily needs to update her profile because when I read it, I get really sad that she is not teaching English anymore. But it's selfish that I need her in the motherland, I want her to live it up in America!

I like Lily. She is fun. and funny. I hope she likes hanging out with me too, even though i'm a judgemental asshole with superiority complexes coming out of my judgemental asshole. She never mentions it to me though....should i be worried?

it felt good to wipe my profile clean. like i took a bath. you can never have too many of those. remember mr. bubbles and how he came in that pink bottle, which to my 5 year old mind became a symbol of fun and specialness? those were the days.
